You can opt for weekly or bi-weekly Executive Coaching sessions, each of which lasts an hour. With each conference, you will design a specific action plan to implement. In between sessions, you will make individual progress and are always welcome to contact Karen by email or quick phone calls. Growth occurs during the conferences and in the periods between sessions if you use the goals and principles discussed during your conferences to guide you forward.
