Through Forward Options Coaching and Workshops, Karen Elizaga helps women of all ages cultivate essential tools and knowledge to proceed in lives that they love with great enthusiasm, confidence and optimism. Our mission is to coach females — whether they are dealing with the challenges of high school or are firmly entrenched in a career — so they emerge with a new belief in themselves as to what they can accomplish in life... to create higher standards.

In an ideal world, Karen envisions an environment where women can be true to themselves, where they know and can take advantage of abundant opportunities and where they perceive no limits to their potential.

Forward Options' philosophy is that fundamental tools, self-knowledge, and a positive belief system provide the foundation for clients to avail themselves of many options — to meet and even exceed their potential.  They then have the luxury of being able to choose the success and happiness they deserve, the lives they want to lead. Ultimately, success does not simply pick a lucky few. It's up to you to decide on your success and take the actions required to get there.

Backed by the experiences and insights of women around the world, Karen Elizaga aims to motivate, inspire and, at the same time, provide females with comfort that she and others went through similar (and in many instances, worse) situations, but ultimately found happiness and success in their career and personal lives.
